Tutorial - How to Auto Shutdown Computer?

Introduction

Advanced Win Utilities Free contains an auto shutdown manager to help you create shutdown schedule for your computer so you don't have to wait up until the job is done. It can set specific time once, daily or weekly to automatically perform the shutdown, restart, standby or hibernate. It runs silently in background without taking up much system resources. It allows you to set keyboard shortcuts to directly shutdown/restart/standby/hibernate/log off immediately as you press the correct key combinations. It saves big bucks on electricity use and let your computer rest more often.
Activate Free Auto Shutdown Tool

Step 1. Activate Free Auto Shutdown Tool

Launch Advanced Win Utilities Free and in "System Tweak" tab, click "Auto Clicker" in "AUTOMATION" group to activate the free auto shutdown tool.
Choose the Task You Want to Execute

Step 2. Choose the Task You Want to Execute

Click the "Action" dropdown menu to choose "Turn Off" from "Turn Off/Restart/Standby/Hibernate".
Set the Task Execution Time

Step 3. Set the Task Execution Time

Switch to "Time Schedule" section to define the schedule to auto shutdown your system.

You can check "Relative Time" to specify the relative time from now/after next restart/after every restart to perform selected action.
Set the Task Execution TimeIf you want to executive the task on the specified time every week, check "Every week on" and click "..." to check Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday and click the up or down arrow to define the exact time according to your requirement.
Set the Task Execution TimeIt also allows you to select the exact date and time every month for the action. Check "On a specified date" and click the calendar to select the date and then set the exact time (Remember that the delay time should be at least 2 minutes). Click "Apply" and it runs in the background quietly. It will pop up a countdown reminder one minute before the execution.
