Introduction

Activate Free Internet Cleaner

Step 1. Activate Free Internet Cleaner

Launch Advanced Win Utilities Free and go to "Privacy" tab and in "CLEANUP & SHRED" group, click "Web Browser Cleanup" to activate the free internet cleaner.

Step 2. Choose Internet Browsers & Their Elements

Launch Advanced Win Utilities Free and you'll see all the Internet browsers you have installed in your computer are listed. By default, each browser' browse history, cookies, cache, auto complete items, temporary Internet files, download history, etc. are checked to be searched. You can uncheck any of them if you don't want to scan it.

Step 3. Scan Settings

Click "Options" and "Browse..." to choose a folder to save the log files. You can define the ways to clean the files: permanently remove from hard disk or remove them to the recycle bin. You are allowed to check the search options you need from "Include read-only files", "Include system files", "Include hidden files" and "Include zero-byte files". You can also specify the program to automatically create system restore points and skip scanners without displaying message. When everything is ready, click "Analyze" to scan the checked browsers.

Step 4. Clean Internet Traces

Within seconds, search process is complete and the results will be displayed. Check one of the listed results and click "Details" to get its file name, size and access date. You can open the file, locate the file folder, view its properties or go back to the results list. When you have decided which are to be cleared, click "Clean Disk" and confirm it to start the cleaning process.
